Ingredients:
500g of meat (beef, pork and chicken)
3 onions (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
2 tbsp of oil
1 tbsp of flour
850ml of canned tomatoes
2 chillies
2 green peppers
425ml of red kidney beans
1 can of sweetcorn
Salt and pepper
1/2 a litre of water
Spicy bean soup
Method:
1. In a large frying pan pour the oil and add the
meat, onion, garlic, flour, water tomatoes, salt
and pepper. Fry over low- medium heat for
around an hour.
2. Add the chillies and peppers, and after a further
10 minutes add the kidney beans and sweetcorn.
