Ingredients:
 1 tablespoon oil 
1 onion, chopped 
1 clove garlic, sliced 
1 / 2 green chillies 
350 g prawns 
400 ml coconut milk, canned 
1 tablespoon coconut chips 
juice of one lime 
salt, pepper 
handful coriander, chopped 
 
Prawn Coconut Curry


















Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan, Put onions and garlic. Fry for 2 minutes. 
Add chilli, curry, shrimp and coconut milk.
2. Cook 10 minutes. Add lime juice and coconut and season
to taste and toss some coriander on top. 
Serve with rice.
