Ingredients:

 4 fish fillets 
2 eggs 
bread crumbs, 6 tablespoons 
2 cans of peas 
1 small onion 
1 teaspoon lemon juice 
2 tablespoons mayonnaise 
1 tablespoon cream 
salt, pepper, sugar 
oil for baking 
Baked Fish and pea salad

Prepare the fillets, cover with both sides  with salt, pepper 
and drizzle with lemon juice. On a plate, whisk theeggs . 
On a second plate place the breadcrums.
Dip both sides of the fish in the eggs and the breadcrumbs . 
Cover each fillet  until you haveconsumed all the eggs and bread. 
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the fish for gold. 

Pea salad: 
In bowl, place the peas, chopped onions,  mayonnaise, sour cream. 
Mix and season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste. 
Serve with mashed potatoes.
