Ingredients:
 
125g of butter
1 glass of water (around 250ml)
1 glass of flour (around 250ml)
4 eggs
400 ml of whipping cream
4 tbsp of icing sugar + for dusting
1 tspn of vanilla extract
Profiteroles and cream
  
















Method:
1. Place the butter and water and saucepan and
bring to the boil. Add flour and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Leave to cool.  Add the 4 eggs and mix until you
have a creamy consistence.
2. Prepare a muffin baking tray and fill them 3/4 full.
Bake for around 1 hour in an oven at 190 gd celcius
till brown.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Pour into the bowl the
whipping cream and mix till stiff. Then add the vanilla
extract and icing sugar and mix.
4. Remove the rolls from the oven and half them.
Fill them with cream and dust with icing sugar.
